My name is Daniel R. Boudreau.I was born in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia ,Canada in 1962.I've been studying and producing art for over thirty years. I have spent time painting in various countries,mainly Spain,where I lived for seven years.I currently live in London,Ontario,Canada .

For the first nine months in Spain, I painted on the street to survive,an experience I wouldn't have traded for fame or fortune.

This is the only selfportrait I've done. It reminds me of idealistic days in my art career.The pictures on the ground were copies of classics.Some sold but more interesting was the fact that most people just admired and dropped money in my little box.It wasn't a great deal of money but enough for food and a room.

Talk about critics-every artist should experience that!
